Job Summary:
The position available is for a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Registered Nurse (RN) in Ocala, Florida. This travel opportunity involves working in a busy cardiac lab setting, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures including right and left heart catheterizations. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Ocala, Florida
• Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
• Schedule: Four ten-hour shifts per week with rotating call
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; minimum 2 years of lab experience; certifications including Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS); experience with Merge Hemo documentation system; ability to perform both diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures; must have RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
• Preferred Qualifications: EP (Electrophysiology) experience
• Additional Information: Candidates should be familiar with equipment such as GE lab systems, Impella, Balloon Pump, Penumbra, and IVUS; knowledge of unit policies and procedures, and ability to cover nearby facilities for STEMI call may be required
