Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This role involves providing perioperative nursing care for open heart and vascular surgery patients in a dedicated operating room environment. Candidates are required to bring their Arkansas nursing license on the first day. The position offers a schedule of dayshift (4x10 hours) with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

- Required Qualifications: Current Arkansas nursing licensure, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and 2+ years of operating room experience with CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) and vascular OR experience.
- Additional Information: Must have CVOR and vascular OR experience. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with hospital policy and standards. Must be able to assist with perioperative procedures, document patient assessments, and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
