Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology (IR) registered nurse (RN) position is available in Evanston, Illinois. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a facility's interventional radiology department. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of orientation.

Job Details:

• Location: Evanston, Illinois
• Position: RN IR
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certified, with IR or neuro experience of at least 2 years, including stroke, PE, lysis, UFE, and moderate sedation.
• Experience Preferred: More than 3 years of IR/neuro experience.
• Flexibility: Floating requirements are none.
• Weekend Requirements: One weekend per month (Friday to Monday mornings), with the third Saturday or Sunday also scheduled.
• On-Call Requirements: 8-10 days per month.
• Call Radius: IR body 45 minutes, IR neuro 30 minutes.
• Orientation: One week with shadow call, including 16 hours of non-billable hours.
• Start Date: June 7, 2026
• Additional Information: Facility notes specify adherence to fixed protocols, with orientation including shadow call and non-billable hours. Submission of credentials is due Thursday prior to the start date.
