Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) located in Clyde, North Carolina. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a cardiac-focused setting. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (AND minimal), minimum of 2 years of experience in step-down or ICU units; licensure must be current and in good standing.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Orientation occurs every two weeks. This assignment includes working every other weekend and no call requirements. The unit has 22 beds with patient ratios of 4:1, utilizing telemetry equipment. The facility is located approximately 20 miles from Asheville, near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with easy access to nearby cities including Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, Atlanta, Charleston, Columbia, and Greenville.
