Job Summary:
The intensive care unit (ICU) registered nurse in Lafayette, Colorado, will perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to support health and well-being. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Lafayette, Colorado
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • ASN (Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing) or Bachelors degree of Nursing
  • RN License (Single State or Compact RN License)
  • BLS (American Heart Association) Certification
  • ACLS (American Heart Association) Certification
  • 0+ years of minimum experience
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • Performs clinical responsibilities including health assessment, medical functions, therapy, treatment planning, health teaching, health counseling, and documentation.
  • May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications.
  • May be required to be on-call during scheduled shifts.
