Job Summary:
The location is in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This position is for a Med Surg Registered Nurse working on the Medical Surgical Floor. The role involves providing direct patient care and supervising clinical staff, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor (MS)
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a valid nursing license. No specific years of experience are required.
• Additional Information: The Med Surg Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level. The role includes supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The nurse is accountable for supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
