Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Warsaw, Indiana. This role involves working on a Swing Bed Unit within a skilled nursing environment, providing direct patient care. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: RN licensure in Indiana, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), with no minimum experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, every third weekend, with a minimum of 36 hours per week and 12 hours per shift.
• Required Qualifications: Indiana RN licensure, ACLS, BLS.
• Additional Information: No floating required. Block scheduling available. Patient ratio of 1:10. Scrub color: Blue. Local candidates not accepted; traveler must be more than 50 miles from the facility. Candidate must attach required license and certifications, including a driver's license or permanent home address matching ID.
