Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) registered nurses are needed in Birmingham, Alabama. This position involves working 13-week assignments with every other weekend and some holidays required. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty they are applying for, with travel experience and proficiency with Cerner electronic health records. Active compact or Alabama licenses are required. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Birmingham, Alabama
• Position: Medical Surgical Floor (MS)
• Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, 3x12-hour shifts, 13 weeks duration
• Required Qualifications: Valid certifications, relevant education or degree in nursing, active license (compact or Alabama), minimum 2 years of recent experience in the specialty, travel experience, Cerner electronic health records experience, residency in Alabama (or eligible for Alabama licensure)
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: 13-week assignment, every other weekend, some holidays required. Limit RTO requests in July and the first week of August.
