Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Springdale, Arkansas. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, supervising care staff, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Springdale, Arkansas
- Schedule: Night shifts; minimum of 36.0 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and, if applicable, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); a minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Embraces the organization's core values of safety, teamwork, and quality care. Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, participates in patient education and discharge planning, and maintains accurate documentation. Provides leadership and supervision to ancillary nursing staff and participates in team-building activities to foster a positive work environment. Maintains communication with management regarding supplies and equipment, and may assume charge responsibilities following orientation.
