Job Details

• Location: Sonora, California
• Schedule: Day Shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California; Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility or home care experience preferred; valid Drivers License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age; current automobile insurance and reliable vehicle needed; CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor
• Additional Information: The position involves completing comprehensive patient assessments, implementing and adjusting plans of care, documenting patient information accurately and timely, and providing education to patients and families. On-call duties may be assigned based on operational needs.
