• Schedule: Days shift, 40 hours per week with staggered shifts, including 2-12 hour shifts and 2-8 hour shifts. Shifts can start at various times such as 7am, 8am, 9am, 11am, and may extend into the evening until 7:30pm, 8:30pm, 9:30pm, or 11:30pm.
• Required Qualifications: Active or clear Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), minimum of 2 years of PACU experience, proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as EPIC, and the ability to work a schedule involving weekend call commitments of 3-4 shifts over a 6-week period.
• Additional Information: Staggered shifts include 7am-7:30pm, 8am-8:30pm, 9am-9:30pm, 11am-11:30pm for 12-hour shifts; 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 11am-7:30pm, or 3pm-11:30pm for 8-hour shifts. Candidates must be able to work call on weekends, with weekends averaging 3-4 shifts in a 6-week period. Submission of candidates should be done through ShiftWise under "Submission Packet."
