• Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license; current American Heart Association certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred; ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse (CN) provides hands-on patient care, practicing evidence-based nursing within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, implementation, education, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The role requires maintaining licensure and certifications, active participation in continued learning, and leadership in the clinical environment. Emergency protocols and safety practices are critical to daily responsibilities.
