Job Summary: Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (Telemmetry) Denver, Colorado
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse for an LTAC/Telemetry role within a Long Term Care setting. The position focuses on shift accountability for providing patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies and procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days; 12 shift hours; minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado (CO) or a multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to the resume); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (American Heart Association) and Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association) (certifications must be attached to the submission); vent/trach experience; knowledge of central lines; preferred wound care experience; ability to provide care in accordance with the Nursing Process, state Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies and procedures; 2 to 5 years of clinical experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Wound care experience
• Additional Information: Patient ratios are 1:6. Delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff and provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education and demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to support safe delivery of care.
