Job Summary:
An Operating Room Technician (Certified) located in Cleveland, Ohio. This position involves supporting a specialized 7-room surgical unit, primarily working within a diverse range of surgical procedures, with an emphasis on robotic surgery, posterior eye, and eye trauma. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 40 hours per week, typically completed between 7-8 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Required Qualifications: Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) certification, valid Ohio state license, and 0 years of experience.
• Additional Information: Main responsibilities include assisting in a variety of surgical procedures such as general, colorectal, gynecology, urology, breast, eye, brachytherapy, plastics, uro-gynecology, and robotic surgeries. The unit often involves supporting minimally invasive and complex procedures, including gender affirmation surgeries and eye trauma cases. Float duties may be required when overstaffed or early shifts end. Candidates should be familiar with the surgical environments, including robotic systems like Davinci XI, and possess strong scrub skills for posterior eye and eye trauma cases.
