Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) in Farmington, New Mexico. The position involves working in a Level II Labor and Delivery department within a community hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to maternity care in a regionally focused healthcare environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Farmington, New Mexico
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; at least 2 years of experience with cervical exams, infant delivery, practicing in a community hospital setting with a regional mission, charge level experience, fetal monitoring, stabilization of a neonate, troubleshooting high-acuity situations, and good triage assessment skills; certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association; AWHONN certification (must be renewed every 2 years); education requirements include ADN or BSN.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Level 2 nursery or higher acuity.
- Additional Information: All posted experience and certification requirements must be met to qualify for the position.
