• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 2 years of ICU experience within the past three years, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or Medical Assistance Certification (MAB).
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to read telemetry strips, pass pre-assignment testing on arrhythmia readings, moderate sedation, and heparin distribution. Failure to pass testing can result in contract cancellation. Travelers will be tested prior to orientation. Floating within scope of practice is required. Compliance clearance is necessary 10 days prior to orientation. Ability to work holidays and weekends is required; request for all holidays off will not be accommodated.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
