Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery in Charlevoix, Michigan. This position involves providing comprehensive obstetric care, including managing labor, triage, and C-section deliveries. Candidates are required to bring their Michigan nursing license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: MI RN license; 0 years of experience necessary
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 1900 to 0730; 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Competent and experienced OB Registered Nurse with relevant experience in labor and delivery, triage, and C-sections. Ability to care for low-risk pregnant mothers and stabilize preterm and high-risk patients for transfer. Capable of working independently in a Level 1 nursery to care for neonates born at 35 weeks or later. Skilled in stabilizing sick newborns and preparing them for transfer with interdisciplinary team support.

• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Shift includes nights with every other weekend, no holidays, and potential on-call duties based on department volume. No guaranteed hours; overtime may occur after 40 hours.
