Description
Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse located in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role involves working in a Med/Surg float pool environment, primarily during the night shift. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
- Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- Prior travel experience in a similar setting
- Tennessee (TN) license or compact license on file at time of submission
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required as the nurse may float within 5 Med/Surg units and to the emergency room as needed.
- Additional Information:
- EMR system used: Cerner
- Patience population: ages 18 and older, general Medical Surgical patients
- The unit manages its own schedule
- Orientation dates include July 13, July 20, and July 27; start date cannot be earlier than July 13.
- IVS interview and manager approval are required prior to offer
