This role involves providing nursing care within the ambulatory surgery setting, with a focus on post-anesthesia recovery and outpatient procedures.
Job Details:
- Specialty: Ambulatory Care Medical Surgical
- Location: Hartford, CT
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; experience in ambulatory surgery, main Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), or Level 1 trauma hospital ambulatory setting. No ICU skills required; experience in multiple specialties preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Main PACU or Level 1 trauma hospital ambulatory surgery PACU experience.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The RN will provide care for outpatient surgical patients, ensuring safety and optimal recovery in the ambulatory setting.
