Job Summary:
A Home Healthcare Nurse Manager position is available in Shelby, North Carolina. This role involves overseeing home health services, with a focus on wound care, IV therapies, and patient management. The successful candidate must bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Location: Shelby, North Carolina
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, with additional options for Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. depending on needs and discussion during interview. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, at least 1 year of experience within home healthcare preferred. Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) electronic medical record system is required.
• Additional Information: The candidate will be responsible for wound vacs, wound care, PICC line dressing changes, port access, IV infusions, drains, critical thinking, catheter insertion, and drainage management. Ability to drive at night is required. Scrub color is navy.
• Support within the Department: Leadership, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), peers, and case management available.
