Description

Job Summary:
Surgical Technologist position available in Sitka, Alaska. This role involves assisting with a variety of surgical procedures under professional nurse supervision, ensuring the sterile environment, preparing instruments and supplies, and providing support throughout surgeries. Candidates are required to bring their certifications and licenses on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

Location: Sitka, Alaska
Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, completion of a technologist training program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs or any accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education; Surgical Technologist Certification (CST); current BLS certification; flu vaccination is required.
Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience in surgical technology is preferred.
Additional Information: SEARHC only accepts traveler profile applications from travelers that live at least 50+ miles away from the facility address they are working at. Rate is all inclusive and SEARHC will not be providing housing or flights.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Position Urgency: Normal
