Job Summary:
The operating room circulating registered nurse specializing in perioperative nursing practice is based in Hermiston, Oregon. This position involves providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care during intraoperative surgical procedures across all patient populations. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Hermiston, Oregon
• Schedule: Day shift, 3/12's, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current registered nurse (RN) license in the State of Oregon; BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; Associate of Science in Nursing degree; no prior experience required but previous RN circulator experience, Peri-op 101 course, and scrub experience are preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing; CNOR certification; perioperative experience; CRASE training (if assignment extends beyond six months).
• Additional Information: The role involves directing and supervising perioperative staff, maintaining patient safety and confidentiality, and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. The position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and adherence to organizational standards and policies.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
