Description
Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager position available in Missoula, Montana. This role involves providing skilled nursing, care, and case management services for patients in their residences. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position may start as a Visiting RN and transition into a Case Manager role, with similar clinical responsibilities in both designations.
Job Details:
- Location: Missoula, Montana
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the State of Montana; BSN preferred; valid drivers license; auto insurance; reliable transportation; 2 years of recent acute care, home care, or hospice experience including clinical skills such as venipuncture, catheterization, wound care, and/or parenteral therapy; HCHB experience is strongly preferred.
- Additional Information: Position urgency is quick start; candidate submissions are currently zero; position requires knowledge of clinical evaluation, care coordination, patient education, and compliance with healthcare standards.
