Description
Job Summary:
Endoscopy Laboratory (Endoscopy Lab) in Baltimore, Maryland. This position involves supporting procedures and operational functions within the specialty. Candidates are required to bring their valid nursing license on the first day of work.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10 hours shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse (RN) license; 2 years of current nursing experience; experience in post-anesthesia care unit (PACU); dysrhythmia management; Basic Life Support (BLS); EPIC electronic health record system; ICU experience in the past (1-2 previous travel assignments); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); trauma course; IV access/certification for prep.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior ICU experience; previous travel assignments; Critical Care Certification; trauma course; IV access/certification for prep; EPIC role: Optime.
- Additional Information: No weekends, holidays, on-call duty, or floating requirements.
- Submission Requirements: If a candidate has previously worked in any capacity for any Johns Hopkins facilities, this must be noted on the coversheet and in the work history to verify rehire status before an offer is made.
