Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Georgetown, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a busy emergency department environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications; 1 year emergency department experience required; location in Georgetown, TX; no minimum years of experience specified.
• Schedule: Evenings shift from 11:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, ENPC, TNCC certifications; 1 year ED experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 years ED experience, ENPC versus PALS skills.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a trauma level IV emergency department with a patient ratio of 4:1, utilizing Welch Allyn and GE equipment, and Meditech electronic medical records. The unit has 23 beds, 40 staff members, and is certified as a Primary Stroke Center and Level IV Trauma Center, with recognitions from the American Heart Association. The facility emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
