Description
Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse in Webster, Texas. This role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients within the unit. Candidates are required to bring their Registered Nurse (RN) license on the first day. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment dedicated to neonatal health and safety.
Job Details:
- Unit Type: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Location: Webster, Texas
- Schedule: Night Shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: RN licensure, Newborn Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, experience with central lines including umbilical arterial catheters (UAC), umbilical venous catheters (UVC), broviacs, peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC), and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) using Meditech.
- Preferred Qualifications: Stable patient management skills, team-oriented personality, self-motivated.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Must work a minimum of four weekend shifts per schedule with occasional on-call responsibilities.
