Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position available in Pleasanton, California. This role involves providing direct patient care within the scope of practice mandated by the California Nursing Practice Act, emphasizing evidence-based practices and regulatory standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Pleasanton, California
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: CA-Registered Nurse (RN) license; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university is preferred; no prior years of experience required.
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse (CN) will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team and educating patients and families. The role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering interventions, and contributing to a positive work environment through team participation and continuous learning.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
