Job Summary:
The position of Emergency Room Registered Nurse is located in Wisconsin. The role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Candidates are required to bring their licensed registered nurse (RN) license on the first day. This assignment is for 13 weeks, starting approximate date June 15, 2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Portage, Wisconsin
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (5 pm to 5 am) with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin RN license; American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification; minimum of 2+ years emergency department experience; Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience required; prior travel experience preferred; associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in a similar clinical setting preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced emergency environment is highly desirable.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other facility locations such as Wisconsin Rapids, Plover, and Stevens Point.
• Additional Information: Every other night and holiday rotation. On-call and callback opportunities available, with call back minimum of 2 hours. Must adhere to vaccination policies during flu season, including wearing masks if declined vaccination.
