Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Statesboro, Georgia. The role involves providing high-quality emergency care to patients in the Emergency Department, utilizing critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Statesboro, Georgia
• Specialty: Emergency Room
• Shift: Nights, 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; 2+ years of Emergency Room experience; at least 2 previous travel assignments successfully completed; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), ESI (Emergency Severity Index) level 5 training; TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred; Cerner experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC certification; Cerner electronic medical record experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: No guaranteed 48-hour weekly schedule; efforts will be made to create close/block schedule while meeting weekend requirements. Bed capacity is 29 plus 8 hallways, patient ratio is 1:4. No call or floating required. Scrub color is navy. No maximum RTO as long as full-time equivalent and weekend requirements are met.
• Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinates all nursing care based on clinical practices and collaborates with other healthcare disciplines to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.
