Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) in Walnut Creek, California, for a home health infusion position. This role involves working dayshift hours, with candidates required to bring their license on the first day. The position focuses on providing specialized infusion care within a home health setting.
Job Details:
- Location: Walnut Creek, California
- Specialty: Home Health Infusion (HH INFS)
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active California nursing license; ONS and ONCC Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Certificates; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association; Skills checklist within 1 year; no gaps in work history greater than 30 days without explanation; charting experience in all work history; experience with facility beds and trauma levels filled out on work history
- Additional Information: IVS will interview and the manager will extend an offer; COVID declinations and exemptions are allowed; no float rotation required
