Job Summary:
The labor and delivery nursing position is located in Mission Hills, California. This role involves providing specialized care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. Candidates are required to bring their California state license on the first day of assignment. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting maternity services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: California state license; Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certification, LA Fire Card within the last 30 days; at least 2 years of labor and delivery experience, circulating for cesarean sections in the operating room; minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience at a facility with a minimum of 200 deliveries per month, prior experience in a Magnet-designated hospital, experience working with Epic charting system
• Additional Information: RTO must be included at time of submission; facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period; must work 3 of the five holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
