Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position in Washington. This role involves providing patient care on a Medical Surgical Floor with a focus on multiple skills including blood product administration, central line blood draws, ostomy management, stroke care, insulin administration, oxygen therapy, and surgical drain management. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Colville, Washington
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required at the time of submission; valid Allied license in hand (please ask account manager if unsure); BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; minimum 1 year of clinical experience including blood product administration, central line blood draws, ostomy management, stroke care, insulin, isolation precautions, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, peripheral line care, PICC line management, starting and maintaining IVs, substance withdrawal, and surgical drains.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience, experience with Epic charting system, and at least 6 months of patient ratio experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This role is for a Critical Access facility with 25 beds, working with adult and geriatric patient populations. The daily census averages 12 patients. Certification verification and references covering 1 year (or 6 months for CNAs) are required prior to start date. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities, and refusal to float may result in termination of assignment.
