Job Summary:
The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) located in Price, Utah. The role involves providing patient care in a 39-bed facility with inpatient and outpatient services, primarily within the surgical department. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This position offers a schedule of days with call responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days with Call; 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications; Utah licensed RN with 1-2+ years of PACU experience; candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a surgical PACU setting, with knowledge of patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Call requirements: 8-10 days per month (varies)
  • Patient ratios: 1 on 1
  • Equipment: Electronic Health Record (Medhost)
  • Dress code: Scrubs supplied by the unit; no unacceptable attire permitted
