Job Summary:
A registered nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is sought in Willingboro, New Jersey. This position involves providing high-quality patient care within a specialized clinical setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Willingboro, New Jersey
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required prior to the first shift. Candidates must have at least two (2) years of bedside clinical experience.
• Additional Information: Every 3rd weekend is scheduled.
• Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, developing patient care plans, documenting interventions and responses, participating in patient rehabilitation programs, initiating discharge planning and patient teaching, and supervising ancillary staff.
• The RN will be responsible for ensuring patient and staff safety, following hospital policies, and contributing to a positive team environment.
