Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse (RN) in Martinsville, Virginia. This position involves providing specialized surgical nursing care within the operating room environment. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day. The role requires previous experience within an operating room setting and adherence to high standards of perioperative nursing practice.

Job Details:

• Location: Martinsville, Virginia
• Schedule: Days shift from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM for a total of 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure and certification to work as an RN in Virginia, with 1-2 years of experience as an RN in the Operating Room specialty. Certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS (available on-site).
• Preferred Qualifications: Exhibits high level of Association of perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN) standards.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: All travelers must hold required certifications prior to start. The facility conducts on-site random drug screening and requires completion of a Criminal Questionnaire/Consent Form.
