Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Portland, Oregon. This role involves providing critical care to diverse patient populations in a busy emergency department environment. Candidates are required to bring their licensing documentation on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts.
- Required Qualifications: Valid ER RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Candidates must have at least 0 years of experience and be able to work in Oregon.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic charting system.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to other units or nearby facilities based on operational needs.
- Additional Information: Must have a vehicle for this assignment! Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Candidates are expected to work three of the five holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.
