Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) is needed in South Weymouth, Massachusetts. The position involves working in the birthing unit with a focus on maternal and neonatal care, requiring candidates to bring their licenses on the first day. Candidates must have circulating experience and meet the specified qualifications.
Job Details:
- Location: South Weymouth, Massachusetts
- Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts consisting of two 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., and two 8-hour shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); recent Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) at least intermediate; 2 years of experience with circulating experience.
- Additional Information: Preferred certifications (not required) include Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics, Perinatal Nursing Certifications (Maternal Newborn Nursing Level I and Postpartum or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing Labor and Birth), and breastfeeding certification (First Latch).
