Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) nurse position in Manhasset, New York. This role involves providing specialized perioperative care for cardiovascular open heart surgeries within a high-level trauma center. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Manhasset, New York
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS certification, 2 or more years of experience as a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) registered nurse
• Schedule: Day shift with hours from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, minimum of 34.5 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid NYS RN license, BLS certification, at least 2 years' experience as a CVOR RN
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, ability to scrub and circulate in the operating room
• Additional Information: The position is situated in a quaternary care facility with over 750 beds, requiring the ability to work some call.
