Description

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) position in Washington, District of Columbia. The role involves providing patient care on a medical surgical with telemetry unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

  • Location: Washington, District of Columbia
  • Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts, day shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district, at least 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience, Cerner electronic medical record experience, BSN degree or higher (highly desired), graduation from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program, NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale), BLS (Basic Life Support), and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
  • Additional Information: Must reside at least 50 miles away from the facility; enable Skills-Based Hiring.
  • Certification and Education Requirements: Current RN license in the state/district; BSN degree highly desired; minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience; Cerner EMR experience.
