Description
Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Los Alamos, New Mexico. The role involves caring for child-bearing aged women and newborns in a dedicated Labor & Delivery and Postpartum unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of orientation. This is a contracted position that demands previous Labor and Delivery experience and relevant certifications.
Job Details:
- Location: Los Alamos, New Mexico
- Shift: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification/Licensure required to work as an L&D nurse in New Mexico; Certifications include ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS; 0+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery/Postpartum; Candidate must bring license on first day
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous Labor & Delivery/Postpartum experience; Patient experience focused, team-oriented, eager to learn
- Additional Information: All Clinical Staff on assignment in the state of New Mexico must be fingerprinted before hire and provide documentation that check is being processed. Travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while waiting on results but must be supervised.
