Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse position located in Grand Marais, Minnesota. This critical access facility seeks experienced ER nurses to provide patient care in both the emergency department and med/surg units. The role involves floating between departments, with a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours per week, and includes shift rotations. The assignment starts on 08/10/2026 and is designed to support both clinical and operational needs of the facility.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Emergency Room (ER) specialty with at least 2 years of experience; MN Nursing license or copy of application for temporary MN Nursing license required; ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications in submission packet
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in critical access facilities and floating between departments
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The facility is a rural health organization that includes a 37-bed skilled nursing facility, a 16-bed critical access hospital, home health services, ambulance services, and various diagnostic and therapeutic services. Scrubs can be any appropriate color or print. EMR system used is Meditech. Weekend shifts are required every other or every third weekend.
