Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) RN located in Houston, Texas. This position involves working in a busy Cath Lab unit with responsibilities including EP procedures, structural heart interventions, and coronary studies. Candidates must bring their nursing license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, zero years of experience required, must be licensed to practice in Texas, experience in a cath lab setting preferred.
- Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Call on a rotational basis with existing staff. No specific float requirement noted. The unit typically performs electrophysiology (EP), structural heart, and coronary procedures. Candidates should be self-motivated and team-focused.
