Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse specializing in Stroke Units for a facility located in Crestview, Florida. The position involves night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, and is scheduled to start on July 6, 2026. Candidates are required to bring their active Florida state or multistate license on the first day. This role demands recent medical-surgical nursing experience, including stroke-specific expertise and certification in the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS).

Job Details:

• Location: Crestview, Florida
• Shift: Nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Schedule: 36+ hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Florida state or multistate license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, minimum of 2 years recent Medical Surgical nursing experience with stroke unit exposure.
• Preferred Qualifications: Evidence of stroke-specific experience and certifications.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have recent Medical Surgical RN experience, including stroke care expertise. NIHSS and stroke experience must be included in the submission. Candidates are expected to adhere to facility dress code and dress professionally. No float rotation is specified for this requirement.
