Job Summary:
This Home Healthcare position is located in Albemarle, North Carolina. The role involves providing patient care within a home health setting, requiring the candidate to bring their license on the first day. Job Details:

• Location: Albemarle, North Carolina
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Driver's License with proof of Insurance, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of Home Health experience, Homecare Homebase (HCHB) electronic medical record experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information:
  • Teammates are required to complete 6 visits per day, including routine visits, discharge, recertification, and reassessment
  • Travel throughout the designated areas, with an average of 60-80 miles driven daily; mileage is reimbursed weekly
  • No maximum mileage to drive
  • No company vehicle provided, but a phone for documentation and communication is supplied
  • Orientation: 5 days through NEO system
  • No weekend rotation unless interested; work approximately 75% of holidays
  • Schedule cycle repeats every 13 weeks
  • Scrub color: Navy Blue
  • Parking: Free
  • Travel and work within a team environment with departmental leadership support
  • Visit scheduling is done by the traveler the day prior to appointments
