Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) position available in KYLE, Texas. This role involves performing circulating functions, assisting during surgical procedures, and ensuring patient care before, during, and after operations. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire, American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted Advanced Life Support (AHA/ARC) obtained within 6 months of hire, Basic Life Support (BLS) credential obtained within 1 month of hire, diploma from an accredited school or college of nursing, and at least 3 years of experience in operating room settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in orthopedics, trauma, general gynecology/gynecology, urology, DaVinci robotics, vascular, and cardiovascular operating room experience is highly desirable.
• Additional Information: Scrub experience is helpful but not required. Scrub color is sky blue. The unit is a busy level II trauma center with 8 operating rooms, and staff includes PCTS, 3 supervisors, and team leads. No floating to other units is anticipated. The facility uses Cerner electronic medical records.
