Description
Job Summary:
This nursing position is based in a rehabilitation hospital located in Springfield, Missouri. The role involves providing inpatient rehabilitation services to adult patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:

- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: RN certification, BLS certification, associates degree in nursing, zero years of experience, must have a valid nursing license, location in Missouri or willing to obtain licensure there, and able to start by 06/29/2026
- Preferred Qualifications: Rehabilitation nursing experience, floor nursing experience, familiarity with electronic health record system EPIC and UDS
- Additional Information: No float rotation required; responsibilities include providing comprehensive patient care on a rehab nursing floor with a patient ratio of approximately 7:1, utilizing equipment such as patient lifts and workstations on wheels. Candidates should report at 0630 as per unit instructions.
