Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery located in Issaquah, Washington. This role involves providing comprehensive obstetric care in a high-volume facility with an average of 200-300 births per month. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details

Schedule: Days shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: 2 Years of Experience, valid certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Intermediate Certification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), and Administrative of Blood & Blood Products, Anticoagulation therapy, Antihypertensives, Assist with high-risk delivery, Circulate for C-section, Epidural Anesthesia, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Maintain central lines (CVC / PICC), Pain assessment & management, Recover C-Section, Sterile vaginal exam, Triage of obstetrical patients, and use of intrauterine pressure catheters (IUPC), Patient is a licensed Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic medical record system experience, previous charge nurse experience, experience with obstetric surgeries and high-risk deliveries.
Float: Yes, post-partum and NICU based on skill set.
Additional Information: Staffing ratio is 1:1-3 for labor and delivery; unit supports post-partum and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) based on nurse skill set; facility handles approximately 200-300 births per month.
