Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) specialist in Manhasset, New York. This role involves working in a Level I Trauma Center with a focus on open heart procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Manhasset, New York
• Schedule: DaysShift from 06:00:00 AM to 07:30:00 PM candidates may be considered for alternative shift options such as 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM, or 5 days per week from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or 4 days per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: NBTSA (National Board of Respiratory Care) or NCCT (National Center for Competency Testing) certification; BLS (Basic Life Support); 2+ years experience in the field; minimum of 1 year experience as CVORT (Certified Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician); current cardiac scrub experience; valid license in the state of New York; applicable experience or education in operating room open heart procedures
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in high-volume trauma or quaternary care settings is advantageous
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
