Job Summary:
An ICU Clinical Nurse (CN) position is available in Stanford, California. This role involves providing hands-on, evidence-based patient care within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, standards of care, and hospital policies. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic unit caring for critically ill patients.

Job Details:

• Location: Stanford, California
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN), current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, ability to communicate effectively in English, no minimum experience required
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patient and family education. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, responding to emergency protocols, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Professional development and adherence to safety and practice standards are essential in this role.
