Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position is located in Stanford, California. This role involves providing specialized, evidence-based care to critically ill patients within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Stanford, California
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Possession of a California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license; current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred; zero years of experience required
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse (CN) provides hands-on patient care in the ICU, performing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and educating patients and families. The role involves rapid response to emergency situations, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, continuous professional development, and utilization of clinical technology. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and professional growth. Float: Float rotation may be required.
